These Terms are between you and 247MailRoom LLC and govern access to 247MailRoom software and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Service

247MailRoom provides software tools for operators to manage mailroom, fulfillment, customer accounts, and related workflows. Physical mail handling and shipping are performed by the operator location you contract with, not by 247MailRoom as a carrier or warehouse.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with other users, violate law, or attempt to bypass security controls.

Fees

Platform fees are per your order form or store agreement. End-customer service fees are set by each operator in the product.

SMS program terms

By opting in to SMS account notifications you agree to receive automated texts as described on our SMS program page. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel; HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy and help center.

The service is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. Liability limits apply as stated in your master agreement where applicable.
